A surge in ticket sales in the last few days led to another very successful Spring Ka-Ching Port Cares 50/ 50 draw. The draw ended up with a $29,005 jackpot and approximately $26,000 in funds raised to help people in need. The grand prize winner, Teresa Swan of Ridgeway, will be picking up her cheque on Wednesday. The team at Port Cares is already getting ready for the next draw which starts on Canada Day and ends on Civic Holiday Monday at Canal Days.
