Niagara Regional Police have made an arrest after a drug trafficking investigation in Thorold.
On Wednesday, police searched a vehicle and a home in the city, and seized a loaded semi-automatic Glock, nearly 400 grams of suspect Fentanyl, over 200 grams of cocaine, illicit pills, bullets, counterfeit currency and counterfeit driver’s licenses.
In total, the street value of the drugs is an estimated at over $43,000. Real currency was also seized, which included over $10,000 in Canadian currency and $256 in American currency.
36 year old Boadi Sarkodie of Thorold faces multiple charges.
