The Niagara Region is launching a new tool to help showcase potential development opportunities.
Niagara Signature Sites is an interactive map designed to highlight industrial and commercial development opportunities throughout the 12 municipalities in Niagara.
The selected properties are based on location, permitted uses, and size – which must be a minimum of 50 acres to be featured on the app.
At launch, there are ten properties listed on the map. You can access it here.
