Snowy and icy road conditions are having an impact on more than just elementary and high schools this morning.
Niagara College has announced that all classes and learning-related activities are cancelled today at both the Welland and Daniel J. Patterson campuses because of poor travel conditions.
Brock University says its St. Catharines campus will open at noon today, while all classes are cancelled at their Burlington campus.
