On May 2nd, a driver arrived at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, where he was referred for a secondary examination.

The CBSA arrested 60 year old Andrew Lee Toppenberg of Tustin, California.
Custody of Toppenberg and the evidence was transferred to the RCMP. He faces several charges.
