The Thorold: A Year for Health, Community and Connection program and event calendar for July is now available.
This program, supported by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors program, aims to engage older adults, promote inclusion, and reduce social isolation.
Free activities such as Chair Yoga, Adult Art in the Park, Beginner Pickleball, and more will be held at various locations including the Ontario Paper Thorold Senior Citizens Centre, Thorold Community Activities Group, Thorold Public Library, and municipal parks throughout the city.
The August event calendar will be announced soon. For more information, visit thoroldgroup.org/olderadults.
