Niagara Regional Police are investigating after the Pen Centre was evacuated this morning.
Just after 10:00am the mall was partially evacuated out of an abundance of caution due to a safety concern. Police worked to determine the validity of the information provided, and deemed there is no known threat.
All areas of the mall will be reopening.
