S’no Parking in St. Catharines will take effect at noon on Saturday, February 15, as the city prepares for heavy snowfall and snow removal operations.
During S’no Parking, on-street parking is prohibited to keep roads clear for plows, emergency vehicles, and public transit.
Violators face a $30 fine and potential towing.
The restriction is expected to last at least 96 hours, with updates provided through the City’s website and social media.
Exemptions apply in select areas, and free overnight parking is available at the Ontario Street and Carlisle Street/Garden Park garages until 8 a.m.
