A student in Niagara Catholic District School Board is travelling to Nova Scotia to do work in Truth and Reconciliation.
Juliette Sullivan, a Grade 10 student at Saint Paul Catholic High School, is one of 50 students from across Canada selected to take part in a youth-to-youth truth and reconciliation experience at Acadia University at the end of April.
The trip is all expenses paid, and will help students understand the importance of truth and reconciliation, as well as relationship building between indigenous and non-indigenous students.
