• No cash prizes will be awarded on-location. Your winnings will be available via cheque at the Country 89 Studios, 860 Forks Road West, Welland ON within 2 business days of your participation.
• By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that CKYY Country 89 has the right to reproduce, publicize and broadcast your name, likeness, capture photographs and/or videos of your likeness that will appear on social media stating that you have won/ participated in this promotion without notice or compensation.

• It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure he/ she has given ALL of the captured currency to the Country 89 Street Team Member who is logging his/ her winning amount.
