A second person has been arrested in connection to a murder in Smithville.
Cathy Prosje was found in her home on April 26th last year, before 42-year-old Joseph Villneff was arrested and charged with first degree murder in October.
Yesterday, homicide detectives also arrested Cathy’s sister, Carolyn Proje, and charged her with accessory after the fact to murder. Police say Cathy shared a home with both her sister and Villneff when she died.
