Niagara Regional Police have made an arrested after what was an otherwise routine patrol.
On Sunday evening, police noticed a blue SUV driving without a front license plate near Ontario Street and King Street in the City of St. Catharines, and stopped it. During the stop, police discovered the vehicle was reported stolen, and found 83 grams of suspected cocaine.
Two individuals, an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old from St. Catharines, were arrested and charged.
