If you plan on buying a car from a dealership anytime soon, there’s a few things you should know.
Chief Consumer Protection Officer with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council Jeff Donnelly says before you go, you should always call OMVIC.
He says one of the things that you should always have in your hand when you go to a dealership is the price that was listed online.
Donnelly adds that there are lots of protections in place for consumers when car shopping, so it’s important to know your rights before heading into a dealership.
