Police have shut down three illegal cannabis and tobacco stores, seizing over $200,000 worth of products.
The Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team raided locations in Thorold, Welland, and Fort Erie on March 7.
The stores were not authorized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to sell cannabis or tobacco products.
Police confiscated a variety of items, including cannabis, cannabis products, tobacco, and electronics, and arrested three individuals who are now facing charges.
